○ Product Owner for the AASHTO Web Services Digital Transformation Project. A USD 1 Million project that required the redesign (in Figma) and development of 95 websites, integrated with a new membership management and engagement system accompanied with a variety of data visualization charts developed on Google Data Studio and integrated with Microsoft Power BI. Divided the deliverables of the project into Epics, Features, and User Stories on Azure DevOps. Managed and engaged a team of 10 developers (WordPress and .NET inclusive) to execute development, 2 UI/UX designers, and 4 QA Engineers.

○ Co-Lead for the Business Development Phase for iENGINEERING’s Zone Enterprise and Zone Development Portfolio (PKR 4.2 Billion) the Special Technology Zones Authority (STZA).
○ Led the project’s planning stage to formulate iENGINEERING’s goals and deliverables to achieve projected revenue targets for the next 5 years of USD 15 Million.
○ Developed policy guarantees for the STZA to attract foreign large enterprises and corporations into the Islamabad Technopolis.
○ Negotiated the preliminary provisions from STZA to initially enter the Islamabad Technopolis as a Zone Enterprise.
○ Developed the Business Plan for iENGINEERING’s Zone Enterprise Application that incorporated the company’s Market and Industry Analysis, Competitive Analysis, Growth Plan, Risk Analysis, Contingency Planning, SWOT Analysis, and Sensitivity Analysis in collaboration with a third-party financial expert.

○ Business Development and Product Strategy for iENGINEERING Products (iWrapper and Transconomy).
○ Developed the business plan for iWrapper tangible financial projections from the ground up to formulate a logical pricing plan. The plan would help the company to turn a profit in 2 years and break even in 5 instead of being at a loss for 5 years.
○ Redesigned and developed the outdated iWrapper website on Adobe XD followed by SEO integration to boost traffic by 576%.
○ An e-commerce module was integrated to facilitate our iWrapper clientele in processing payments following their business plans.
○ Was selected to represent iENGINEERING to attend the 2022 Collision Conference in Toronto to acquire leads for Transconomy. Secured 8 out of 35 prospective leads, including a B2B SME, B2C, B2G, 4 local governments, and a semi-private entity.
○ Developed the proposal that lead Transconomy to be selected for the International Road Federation’s (IRF) “Start-up Label” category and compete against 5 finalists out of 100s of applicants in Morocco. Additionally, developed the pitch deck presented at the conference.
